Wedge sneakers seems to be a bit of an oxymoron in fashion.  Sneakers are supposed to be flat and comfy for lots of walking, whereas wedges are usually the complete opposite.  In the US, there seems to be a lot of bad press for how ugly wedge sneakers are or even how it's a trend gone bad.  So as much as I initially agreed with the reviews and the whole strange concept behind a wedge sneaker, I decided to give them a try last fall...and I have to admit, I secretly love mine!  Here in Asia, they are everywhere as they are not ONLY a fashion trend, but a NECESSITY for us petite under 5'9 model-height women!  On the weekends when I want to walk around the city, be comfortable, but still have a little height and feel a little more feminine, my wedge sneakers are the first things I grab.  So before you knock 'em, you may want to try them.  Oh, and what's more fun than velcro, ha! xo Grace Ironing Out the Details: Jacket - OLD NAVY, Similar here and here Sweater - OLD NAVY Denim – EXPRESS Collar Necklace - ANTHROPOLOGIE, Similar Earrings – Vintage Cameo Bracelets - J.
