My husband and I walk home from work on occasion, mainly because the traffic is so bad in KL, especially during Ramadan. During this particular day, I thought I would take pictures along the way to share our journey home and some of the sights we encounter regularly here in KL.
WORK
Check out all the traffic on Jalan Tun Razak. Jalan means street in Malay.
One of the Petronas Twin Towers peaking out at us behind the buildings.
This is our sky bridge over the highway to get us to the the other side of the road, where our apartment is located.
Now you can understand why I don’t wear high heels on the way home and often change into flats.
Here’s our makeshift path that was made since the sidewalk is gone due to construction.
This signs means REDUCE SPEED, due to all the construction along the road.
And FINALLY, we are home…

Pretty dress. I thought it was a lace blouse with your jacket on, very different!
I enjoyed the tour…walking is better in the city! That traffic looked really bad!
All those scooters on the highway would drive me crazy, so it’s nice to see that your apartment complex is so lovely and serene!
Wow that traffic looks terrible!! No wonder you walk…need those flats!
